Fruit preserves, add after baking Baker's % Weight(gm)
  • Combine and blend Baron All Purpose Flour, Princess Cake Flour, buttermilk powder, Bake Best Instant Yeast and Bake Best Bread Improver.
  • In a separate bowl, dissolve sugar and salt in water. Add eggyolk and glucose. Mix until well blended. Add into flour mixture.
  • Mix for 2 minutes.
  • Add shortening and Magnolia Gold Butter and mix until fully developed.
  • Divide the dough into 50-gram pieces and form into desired shape.
  • Proof for about 2 hours or until double in size.
  • Top with preferred topping.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes or until done.

Yield: 36 buns
